About Me

Abrar Abdullah Arpon

Hi

👋

I am

Abrar Arpon

My work explores how digital systems shape public participation and governance.

I work across civic technology, data systems, and applied computing to study and build digital infrastructure for public institutions and community use. My interests include digital governance, participatory systems, environmental data platforms, and human-centered computing for social impact. I approach technology as both an engineering and a public-facing research practice.
